Thank you for contacting Online Support.  After reviewing the account, it appears the hosting plan has been canceled.  We can not re-activate canceled accounts.  You will need to purchase a new plan to activate the hosting option.  We can refund the original purchase or move the credit to the new account once it has been purchased and setup.  Please reply to this email clearly stating how you would like us to process this credit.  

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

他说一旦您购买了新的主机，就可以给您发送退款或者直接把相应金额划作新主机的可用余额。
