      几天前我买了3个月的linux web hosting和一个域名.但是当我使用后，
我发现空间速度非常慢，打开需要数分钟。登陆主机管理面板的速度也非
常慢，我不能忍受了，我想退掉空间订单，请问是否可以，怎么操作。谢谢。

hello. I bought a linux web hosting and a domain for 3 months. however, the speed of my hosting is rather slow, it took me a few minutes to open a webpage, and the hosting control panel is worse. I can't stand it any more, so i just would like to cancel all of my products and get a refund.
How should i proceed to do it? thanks.
