老是收到这些邮件说ftp泄密了，有什么办法解决啊

We have placed an empty .winftpaccess into home folder of your account, which currently blocks access in your FTP account from everywhere and that's exactly why you are unable to use local FTP client. In order to whitelist your IP address, please open your control panel -> WebShell File manager -> Open .winftpaccess file and place there your IP address from which you will have access to the server. Then wait for about 30 minutes until the changes is applied and your FTP access will work fine.
