hostease是骗子？

上个月29号购买的hostease的主机，月付的，独立ip，开始用速度还可以，结果到前几天访问突然变慢，很多网页打不开了。
收到hostease的邮件，说我的文件数超过了25万，开始没理会，结果被停了。联系客服后开通，删除附件，结果不一会又被停了，说占用系统内存过高，处理了一次依然被停，还让我升级他们的独立主机或者选择其他空间商，我的站点一天IP只有1000多个，这样的访问量都受不了？
难道hostease看我的月付快到期了，要给我一点颜色看看？
到现在站点还没开通，急死了。

我只是一个地方站点，有什么好采集的啊？而且使用双域名访问，貌似只有其中一个域名有问题，难道如果有攻击的话，攻击者不攻击我的ip只攻击我的域名吗？
