求助，求一份ticket（已解決問題）

求一份给IXwebhosting的ticket，我是173IP段的。由于访问速度太慢，想在想换到96或者98的IP段去，听坛友说96和98的IP段还不错，买的是WIN全能无限型主机，想发ticket英文水平有限。

求达人帮忙啊，小弟拜谢~

还有，那个Ticket应该怎么创建啊。选哪一个才是换IP段的。。囧英文差，不知道选啥

Hello,

Recently my users and I are suffering, due to the very unstable network connections between my website and China. One of my friends, who is a webmaster too, and who's also using IX webhosting, does not get involved with the problem. after some investigations, I learned that the network connections are good if the websites are hosted on the servers with IPs in "96.x.x.x" or "98.x.x.x" range.

I am wondering if you can move my account to a server that has those IPs?

I can do all the backup myself, including files, databases, and emails.  You just need to move my account and all my domain names.

Would you agree?

If you don't agree I might cancel my account, because my websites can't live under current situation. IX, I don't want leave you but I can't just look at my websites and see them die without some actions. They are like my kids!

I know the migration would be a little bit troublesome but if you do I would really appreciate it!
