因为我用你们的主机经常出现无法访问,或打开很慢,
我得先声名我是相信你们主机的质量的,可是你们主机173开头的IP,确实是存在这样的问题的,
也许是线路的问题,当然这只是一些推测,如果你们能帮我换一下IP,(注不是173开头的)那么也许我的问题将得到解决!我将继续使用!
如果贵公司规定不能更换IP的话,那么请你们遵守承诺,尽快退款给我!

First of all ,thank you for your attention to our Chinese customers , I am sorry that I should talk with you by phone ,but my English is very poor , and this message is translated by others to help me .
when I used your hosting I found that it often can not access or very slowly .
I believe that it is not the quality of your hosting but there are some problems in them whose ips are  beginning of 173 .
If you help me to change my IP  begining of 173 to another ,maybe  my problem will be solved and I will go on useing your hosting .If not ,please keep your promise ,help me to refund as soon as possible.
I am sorry for this event .




PS:换IP可能是要换服务器的..请注意备份数据...不过他们不一定给你换,因为之前也有会员因为这个原因要求换过.
