Dreamhost账户被封，域名还可以转出吗？

3月份的时候因为贪图便宜，所以挂了袋里使用“777”优惠码购买了空间，结果昨天账户被停，说我涉嫌欺诈.发邮件过去，也只是那么一个回复

Your account has been closed for suspected fraud. To verify your account
we would need:

1) A scan of your Colorado state-issued photo ID.
2) A scan of the credit card you used to purchase the account.

For your security you can block out the ID# and all but the first 4
digits and last 4 digits of the credit card.

Please email these photos to abuse@dreamhost.com with the subject: "ATTN:
KARL".
