刚买的IX主机 不能上传和下载了说我没有权限？？

点击进入之后，选择“technical ” ---填写登陆控制面板的邮件地址，点“submint” ,就可以进入live chat (在线聊天系统) |

这些所有的rar文件都要删除掉吗？
这些文件都是在wg18.com/wg 这个目录下吗？

这个不需要，但不是ticket。。
只能是live chat ...
但是这个live chat 有的东西，也不能操作，需要建ticket的。。
我帮你试一下。。
