。。。主要原因是你的电话号码他们打不通，而你注册时候的IP和你填写的地址相距太远。。。所以他们怀疑你是帐户欺诈，这个问题以前在HG很常见。
他没有说不退你钱啊。你不要求怎么会退你钱。发信给他，就说你想退款，然后告诉他们你的paypal，看看他们怎么回复

你的账户被列为欺诈，提供一个有效的电话给他们或者是你的证件之类的

这样的就可以

身份证要翻译成英文才行。
