90%的情况是国内网络的问题

没有太注重它，只要打开的时候正常就没事了，何必去注意每分每秒

问题是打不开，我的网站已经一个多小时了，跟前几天抽风一样的严重，不是慢的问题。
RAKsmart日本服务器，东京机房，CN2线路，速度快，不限流量

上午就有不正常的迹象，现在抽到瘫痪。
