Godaddy搞的我头都大了!!!!!!

昨天想把国内注册.COM域名转移到GODADDY。向原注册商申请了转移码,然后登陆进GODADDY,正常操作,然后支付宝付款,问题来了!付款成功后直到今天,账户中一直没有我需要转移的那个域名,写了5,6封信给那边客服,真TMD想骂他。没有一次给我解决问题。回信说我使用了其他账户,我kao,我清清楚楚明明白白的记得我只有一个账号,况且付款成功后的确认信我都收到了。里面的客户号也发给客服了,都是同一个客户号!真是搞不清楚到底是怎么回事。
现在搞的我莫名其妙了。
不知道如何才能退款。我想让他退款重新再来一次。 |

楼上的几位,你们理解错我意思了
前几天第一个域名我已经转移到最后一步了快成功了。
而这次是,我付钱以后,在我的账户里根本就没有出现那个可操作的域名,也就是,我付钱以后,GODADDY没有发送给我Transaction ID和Security Code,我在账户里面也不能操作让他重发(因为transfer里面根本没出现那个域名) 在Order #记录里面也只有前几次的记录,没有这次的付钱记录!但支付宝的钱已经付了!已经2天了。和美国人真是无法沟通。客服说我可能买到其他账户了,因为之前没有先登录,我晕,付款后的确认信上面的客户号就是我在GODADDY的客户号。
昏掉了。。。。。。。。。
你们明白我的意思了吗? 也就是付款成功以后的操作没有了!

order history没有记录,也没有退款,和GODADDY EMAIL交流了好几次,他说我可能注册到另一个客户号去了。我都发付款的确认信发给客服看了,上面的客户号清清楚楚的。客服还叫我如何去找回客户号,按照他的方法我输入我要转移的那个域名根本是无效的。 |

order history里没有订单信息 说明他们没有收到钱,或者付款失败
你可以联系他们要求退款 |

Thank you for contacting Online Support. I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. It appears that you have established more than one customer account with Go Daddy. This can happen if you make a purchase on our site without first logging in to your existing account. The server will see you as a new customer and create a new account for you.
If it was your intention to create multiple accounts for the domains and services you have purchased this is not a problem. If this was not your intention, we will be happy to assist you in getting these accounts merged.
The first step will be to synchronize the contact information for each account. This information will need to be exactly the same for both accounts in order for us to complete the merge. You will need to use the Account Retrieval System, along with your purchased products, to retrieve any unknown customer numbers.
If you do not know the customer number for your account, you can retrieve it using the following steps:
1. Go to Go Daddy Login Page.
2. Click the 'Forgot your password?' link.
3. Click the link for 'Retrieve Customer Number'.
4. Select a product that is currently set up using this account from the drop-down menu and enter the appropriate identifying information for the product. For example, for domain name, enter a domain name registered using this account.
5. Enter the access code that is displayed in graphic format.
6. Click on the 'Continue' button.
After the screen updates, you will need to verify your email address. A message containing your Customer Number will be sent to the email address on file for this account. The first part of the email address is masked with asterisks (****) for security purposes. You will only see the domain name that the email address is from, for example:
