我之前购买了Win的主机 Deluxe 可是没有办法转换成LINUX的系统！
我给客户写了封信，但没有看太懂，请各位高手帮我看下，目前我的主机不申请退款能不能转换为LINUX主机类型啊。

Unfortunately, with the type of hosting account you have purchased you cannot change the operating system. You will need to cancel the hosting account you purchased and purchase a new Linux hosting account.

Purchase for the minimum amount of time as we would be able to credit move your previous purchase to this hosting account. Once you cancel the current hosting account and then purchase and setup the new one, reply back and we can proceed with the credit move. The credit move will credit the new hosting account with any remaining months left on the account you canceled.
Canceling your hosting account will delete all of your Web site files that you have stored on our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account. （好像是说我不能转为LINUX的主机）

To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
Log in to your Account Manager.
In the My Products section, select Hosting.
Click the checkbox next to the hosting account you want to cancel.
Click the Cancel Account button above your account list.
In the Cancel Hosting Account section on the right, click Save Changes.
After you purchase a hosting plan, you need to log in to your Account Manager to finish setting up your account.
To Set up Your Hosting Account
Log in to your Account Manager.
In the My Products section, select Hosting.
Click Setup Account next to the hosting account you want to manage.
The End User License Agreement displays. Read the agreement, select the checkbox acknowledging that you have read and agree to it, and click Next.
Enter a new user name and password for your hosting account, and confirm your password.
NOTE: This is the User ID and password that you use to connect to your hosting account with an FTP client. This is also the data you need to access your free Web Statistics.
Click Next.
If the domain name is in your account, click Select from existing and select it from the drop-down list.
If the domain name is in another account or registered elsewhere, click Enter a domain and enter the domain in the field.
Click Next.
NOTE: If a "We cannot locate this domain name's DNS record" message displays, you may need to change the domain's nameservers to point to the hosting account. For more information, see Setting Nameservers for Your Domains. Click Next to proceed.
If you have an available Standard Single Domain SSL certificate you would like to apply to this account, select the certificate, read and agree to the Subscriber Agreement, and click Next.
NOTE: Only Standard Single Domain SSL certificates are redeemable through the Hosting Control Center. If you do not have an available Standard Single Domain SSL certificate or other add-on, this screen is not displayed.
Select which version of PHP you want to use and click Next.
Ensure all settings are correct. If you need to update any information, use the Previous button, and then return to this screen.
Click Submit.
A Congratulations message displays letting you know that your hosting account should be ready to use shortly. While this process generally completes within 30 minutes, it can take up to 24 hours. Once your hosting account is ready to use, we send you an email message containing all of your basic account-management information. At this time, you can upload files to your Web site. |
