[介绍] 帮助翻译IX退款

看到大家很多人为了Ix退款这么痛苦,我想给大家帮点小忙,也算是给我在这里学习了不少知识的回报吧--给实在需要退款的朋友翻译要退款的内容,只翻译给ix的信,ix发来的信,我会挑具体的讲,很多条款广告翻译无益,就是说代写退款信吧!
本人英语过了八级,还是可以的,刚刚让IX在15个小时内退款(从购买到钱到我支付宝总共24小时不到),最最关键的是免费!
说下我的要求:
1.本人只是帮忙,不收费用的,所以太纠缠的事情不做,我会尽力而为,但不能保证100%的成功;
2.本人虽然英语还行,但是主机的一些太高级的技术不是很懂,所以别的太难的技术范围的事情,希望不要问我,也不要让我livechat,太纠结;主机使用我也是菜鸟,如果因为某个方面的原因不可以使用,我尽力帮忙写信

大哥   好人啊!我的退款现在都没有退给我   

你能告诉我  退款理由应该怎么写吗?我上次写过一次,不过回复说没有给我赚到退款的部门,然后我继续回复了2次,好多天都没有再回复我了

请把具体原因写给我 我帮你发信,如果连你都不知道是什么原因的话,这可不好帮,如果实在不行,你就说不适合你,你所在的网络不可以等等,反正是要退款啥的,内容要具体点

我也是相同的问题,老是说把问题提交到一位经理来解决问题。。。同求好的解决方法让IX退款给我们啊。

遇到这样回复的,要再继续回复,表明已确定退款,一般都会转到退款处理的。

哎 郁闷啊 我详细说一下 我的状况吧 我是 支付宝付款的 我现在用了 不到30天 我现在要是申请退款 要什么时候 才能收到退款???还有 退款信 怎么写啊???

In order to continue with your request for cancellation, we have forwarded your inquiry to our cancellation department. Please note that your cancellation will be processed by the guidelines outlined in the terms of service. For your convenience, those guidelines will be briefly outlined, but for a full description, please refer to our terms of service.

If you are canceling within 30 days of your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “30-Day Money Back Guarantee.” This means you will receive a full refund of all hosting and set-up fees. However, we will have to charge you for any free domain registration credits you utilized as they are only free for as long as you remain hosting with us. Since domains cannot be unregistered after 24 hours have passed from their initial order, you will retain ownership of these domains. If you have not utilized any free domain registration credits, you will not be charged.

If 30 days have passed since your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “Any-Time Money Back Guarantee.” This means that you will receive a prorated refund for the amount of time you have pre-paid for but not used. 他们已经帮你把ticket转交给我取消部门了。。等等,就应该会退给你了。
