We are required to refund the amount to the original payment method, which is restricted in this case. However, we can move any remaining credit to another hosting product. We are unable to process any refund for this order. This includes the remaining months left on your hosting order. Please contact AliPay in regards to this policy as we are only able to refund Alipay orders within a year. We currently do not have Chinese Language support.
