更改主域名要多长时间生效？

我的主域名更改都已经提交了快24小时了，还没生效呢。。。。。
难道真的要等满了24小时才行？

现在仍然是在更换中。。。。。
想把老域名绑到新买的主机上都绑不上，郁闷了

实在等不下去了，我直接把老的主机给删了，但老主机上绑的域名还是be used，怎么办呀~~~~~~
