[提问] 请问 主机+域名 只退主机 为什么订单号没有大写R?

已经接受你的退款请求,但是要财务部门审核,需要你等待5-7天,一旦审核通过,就会退款给你的

帮我看看是怎么回事。   @版主

Dear Sir or Madam,

Upon reviewing your issue I see that your refund was settled as of 11/25/2011 the funds were pushed in that time frame to Alipay to distribute to you the Bank refrence Id for the transaction from us to Alipay is Bank reference ID:235545XXXX. You will need to direct any inquiries to Alipay if you do not have those funds and provide them with that bank ID if needed.

Please let us know if you need anything else.

检查下你的付款的支付宝账户,看看有没有退款,说是退款了,银行交易号给你了,联系alipay看看

但是这么久了   还是没有接收到钱啊   昨天直接打电话给alipay   她说根据支付宝的那个交易单号  这笔交易是成功的了  没有相关的退款(可能在她认为中 退款就是退整个订单的全部   但是我这个是只退部分)   然后我叫她根据这个银行神马ID查一下  说也没有   

谁有办法帮忙解决一下吗
