We have reviewed the information you provided once again and this does appear to be a localized issue with your ISP. Keep in mind that China's government and ISP's have many websites and IP addresses blocked from being viewed. It is likely that this is the reason you cannot see it from in China. This is also not something that we can fix, since it is not us that is blocking the site.

Please note: since this issue is likely related to selective blocking of IP addresses on your ISP's part, this can cause you to not see one website but still be able to see another. This is why it is an ISP issue. We cannot unblock servers on a system that we do not have the ability to make changes on (your ISP's proxy, for example)

If you require further troubleshooting, we will require the full traceroute to your site, including the portion which states 'trace complete'.
