Godaddy怎么退钱,会全额退给我吗?

如题,我上次购买GODADDY的空间,第一次因为 在付款时 把域名从一年改到2年,导致没有购买成功,但是钱是扣了我的。因为没成功就又买了一次。第二次成功了,但是GODADDY的 Ftp file manager却老是打不开。本来英文就头大,加上这么郁闷,想退钱了,但上次发了封 中式英文的邮件去要求退款对方根本没反应。虽说是中文英文但只有几句话他们应该能看懂。 第一次购买空间因为付款时域名购买年限变动一下,空间购买失败但钱没返还到支付宝,要求他们客服核实后退款 该怎么翻译呢? 他们会全额退款吗? |

是这样子的,版主。 第一次没有购买成功,但钱是扣了的 。那个产品目录里就没有 第一次购买的产品。 我花了2次的钱买了一次的产品 , 按照你提供的教材地址, 进去了。但是没有看到 第一次失败的产品。 也不知道怎么和他们反应 |

看到大家都说30天以内会全额退款,可是我之前买的主机因为是亚太机房我想买美国的,结果申请退款,还没到一个月呢,没有全额退给我,扣了一部分钱。 |
