域名续费不了

GODADDY里我有3个域名有2个2012 年4月到期
有1个还有15天就到期了是.it域名我想续费但是它提示We were unable to process the following domain renewals
You can continue the checkout process with your other accounts, or call customer support at (480) 505-8877.
我发TICKET过去客服说一些国家域名如.it域名要在1-2月前续费
现在怎么续费

那意思就是说现在要高价赎回了？
如果不是什么抢手的米，就让其掉了再注吧。
