GD磁盘满了现在数据不全ip无法访问！

前两天GD上传文件解压的时候出现550错误，很明显是磁盘空间不够，统计了一下我自己用的有3G多点，因为我E也不怎么好，我就把错误提示发过去了。
后来我感觉不对，生怕出意外，于是赶紧用我手里的vps备份数据，但是速度不理想，第二天早上网站无法访问ping不通，上后台ftp manager看了下一直提示错误，大概意思是无法读取文件目录。
我想这可能就是所谓的换硬盘了吧。又等了一天，ftp manager能看到文件了，但是不全，多半是文件夹，没有找到任何asp php html文件。ip仍然平不通。
着急……
今天又上去看了下，仍然是这个情况……ip还是无法ping，用chinaz的ping发现各个地区包括美国都是超时，我想问下各位大大，是不是维护的时候才会禁ping?
ftp客户端也连不上，只能从web管理看到ftp mannager里有不少文件夹（也不全，本来有80个子目录左右，现在只有19个。两天了也没有增加。）
有人遇到类似的情况吗？

1. We need to know the date / time we should restore the information from.
2. What to restore: The entire site, a specific directory, a database, a file, etc.
