主机购买4天多了，还是Pending Account Change，附电子邮件内容

如题，主机购买四天多了，还是这个状态：Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change ，godaddy的效率怎么那么低啊！！

昨天已经发信给管理员了，也回信了说会找专业的技术人员处理。可是到今天又过了24小时了，问题还是没有解决，还是Pending Account Change ！实在非常郁闷。

我发的邮件：
  Dear Customer Manager:
  I am setting up a new linux hosting at 12th,sep. 2008,but until now,the status of the hosting still keep in pending account change! Can you review it manually?  Thank you !  my account is 2336xxxx.

godaddy回复的邮件：

Due to its complex nature, your issue has been relayed to our Advanced Technical Support Team. Our most skilled technicians will be working to resolve your issue quickly and completely. You will be notified promptly upon resolution.

This is your Incident ID: 4652xxx

过了24小时可以再次发ticket过去催下。

正常。我开通的时候等待的时间更长。没事的，迟早会开通的

我知道迟早会开通，难道收了钱不给东西？那不成了骗子公司？
不过这样的工作效率实在不敢恭维，与全球排名第一的域名注册服务商的地位不匹配。

五天过了，今天又收到了一封邮件，好像是说恭喜你的主机帐户已更新。可是我进后台看，状态还是
Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change


邮件内容如下，大家帮看一下，是不是还要再等24小时？

hosting account.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from the time the
update was completed for any newly-published content to be
visible on your Web site.

NOTE: You may need to change the DNS "A Record" for your domain
to match the IP address of your updated hosting account. To find
your IP address, log in to the Account Manager and select "Hosting"
from the My Products menu. Then, click on the name of your hosting
account. The IP address displays in the Hosting Account Details
section on the right.

To upload your Web site to your hosting account you will need
the following information:

1. Your FTP user name (xxxxxx) and password

2. FTP address or host name: xxxx.com

3. Start Directory: Some FTP clients will ask for a "Home"
or "Start" directory. Our hosting service does not require
this, so simply leave the box blank or enter a single forward
slash (i.e., " / ")

4. FTP Port: You should enter "standard" OR "21."
