Godaddy在30天内不退全款，钱是小事，感觉受欺负！！

本人3月30日定的空间，4月18日自己取消，并申请退款，最后发现少退了5.02美元，于是和他们联系：

第一回合，我问为什么少退了，是不是弄错了，他们回复大意说我使用超过了一个月：

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

We understand that you are inquiring about your refund. It appears that you have been refunded 11 out of 12 months for your cancelled hosting account. This is because 1 month was used and we only request refunds for unused months of our hosting accounts. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

第二回合，我又发信说明我只使用了18天，没有一个月，你们误会了，他们还是回复说显示使用了一个月：

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

Due to the fact that the hosting plan was used for the majority of one month, it only qualifies for a refund on the 11 unused months. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

As previously mentioned, we refund any unused months on hosting accounts. An unused month must be the full allotment of days in the billing cycle. Unfortunately, one day into that particular month would constitute that month as no longer 'unused'. As far as the Terms of Service, the portion you are reviewing is in the event that we needed to cancel your service; this does not include voluntary cancellations. We apologize for any confusion regarding this matter.

Dear Sir/Madame,

Thank you for contacting online support. After reviewing the portion of the Terms of Service that you have included it states " in the event Go Daddy cancels Your Services during the first thirty (30) days after You purchase the Services". This section that you have included clearly states that if GoDaddy cancels your service within 30 day of purchase you will receive a refund. Unfortunately the hosting account that you have canceled is not included.

Thank you for getting back to us.

We offer a full refund if canceled within 5 days of original purchase or 30 days of automatic renewal. Also, we do not refund partial months of service. Therefore, since the hosting account purchase was not a renewal and was canceled after the first 5 days of purchase, the refund was approved for the full 11 months of unused service. We appreciate you understanding in this matter.

其实5美元也不多，就是感觉受了欺负，有说明30天内全退的，为什么现在又不退？

能不能帮我写个比较有说服力有理有据的内容来。

论坛上另一个会员用了一天退也只退了11天。GD怎么这样，欺负我们吗？

已帮你联系，结果理由是：你用了他们的服务超过20天，也就是占了一个月的大部分时间，按照条款是不能退款，但是目前已经退回来11个月的。
