[提问] 为何GD空间安装SSL后还是不能使用?

各位大家好!我今年十月份买了GD的空间和一个域名xxxx.com,IP地址是94.74.144.100后面发现这个IP在电信骨干网上被封了,GD客服要我买 SSL,

昨天我花了101块钱买了一个SSL和一个info的域名,买完之后我立马安装,把SSL绑定到主域名 xxxx.com上,安装完之后 系统提示 等待的状态,应该是安装成功的提示。

不过到今天现在为止我的 空间的IP 还是原来的IP:94.74.144.100,我查了邮件,GD发邮件说我要上传一个网站验证(目前我空间上还没有建数据库),

信件内容如下:

   ra@godaddy.com 发送至 我
Dear Secure Certificate Customer,
Thank you for your recent certificate request for: [ szdianziyan.com ]
Due to filters in our system your certificate request has been flagged for additional review.
Please upload a site and let us know once that site is available for us to view.
In order to proceed with your request we will need a live site to review. Please upload a site and let us know once that site is available for us to view.

我本来想在上面安装 Joomla的,如果我安装了wordpress,通过GD的验证后,我在卸载wordpress,然后再上传我自己的网站上去,这个时候SSL是否对我的joomla网站生效? 谢谢各位解答。

ssl绑定的是域名 和程序无关

现在SSL已经安装了22个钟头左右了,可是我查看了我空间的SSL状态,

依然是 pending 的状态,安装SSL 一般要多久才能生效呢?

注意下邮件..好象有部份用户SSL需要验证身份(不确定)

GD无理取闹,我该怎么办?

昨天晚上我已经给我的空间安装了 joomla ,也给客服Email了,不过到现在为止,24个钟头过去了,问题还没有解决,还是那个IP,ssl 还是pending状态,Godaddy给我回了Email,如下:
Thank you for contacting Online Support.  The message that you have received is an indication that you will need to upload a live site in order for your certificate to be approved.  Currently, the site http://szdianziyan.com is returning an Internal Server Error. You will need to ensure that you have corrected this error and that your site is live.  Once the site is live, you may reply to this email so we may approve your request.
The Internal Server Error can be caused by a variety of issues but is most likely caused by a corrupt .htaccess file. Check to see if there is an .htaccess file in the directory where the error is being generated or any directory above in the tree. If so, temporarily rename the .htaccess file and refresh the page. If the error does not reappear, the .htaccess file is the issue. Repair the file or leave it disabled.
Most of the time .htaccess issues are caused by trying to overwrite PHP settings, being uploaded in binary format or permissions issues.
To resolve this issue, be sure to upload .htaccess files in ASCII mode. Set the permissions to 644, which makes it useable by the server, but prevents it from being read from a browser. If you are trying to make changes to PHP settings, be sure to make said changes to the php.ini or php5.ini file (depending on the version you are using).
     If you have a Linux-based hosting account, you can use error logs to view your site's error logs for a period of seven days, after which error collection stops and error logs are not available to view.
To Enable Error Logs

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Error Logs icon.
Click Update.

To View Error Logs
From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Error Logs icon.
Click View Logs.
Log in using your hosting account username and password.

GD客服要我上传一个 live website ,我现在在国内,都不能访问到这个网站,怎么能够上传东西啊

各位有经验的朋友,请问我该怎么办?????

pending 的话。只有等待。。

验证过了。。你会多了一个独立ip的。。在你目前ip地址的上面就会显示。。

这个是说你安装的程序不能访问,

版主:请问如果我原来的IP:97.74.144.100 被墙了,我购买了SSL并且安装,

GD是从新给我换另外一个IP地址呢,还是不用换IP地址,还是用97.74.144.100安装了SSL

就不会被强了呢?

我的IP被强了,本地的网站程序压根儿传不上去,我写信给GD,他们说他们也没有办法,大概就是说把账户取消,然后退款之类的话。。。。真的是这样吗? 谢谢版主解答.

Thank you for contacting Online Support.  Based on the provided trace route, it appears that your local connection is timing out before reaching the desired location.  As a result this appears to be a local connectivity issue.  You may wish to contact your current Internet Service Provider for further information as to why your connection is timing out.  Unfortunately, it appears the block is outside our control, though we are tracking the list of those affected and working to achieve a resolution.  Please keep in mind, U.S. companies are unable to control other countries from blocking certain Internet services.

As you are unable to connect, you may consider canceling your current hosting account and purchasing a new hosting account to be assigned a different IP address or you may consider a dedicated server, which will ensure that you are not sharing the same IP address with any other user.

If you decide to cancel your current hosting account and purchase a new one, you may reply to this email to request a refund or credit move of unused time to be applied to your new hosting account.  If you prefer a credit move, we will need the 4 digit PIN.


Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.


To Cancel Your Hosting Account:




Log in to your Account Manager.


From the Products section, click Web Hosting.


Click the domain name you want to use.


Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.

Click Cancel Account.
NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account
