今天刚刚买的独立IP，请问要怎么才能用？

以前的共享IP被封了，今天中午买了独立IP，在控制面板里看到
Server：
IP Address:173.201.60.1 （这个是以前的共享IP）
Dedicated IP Address:173.201.244.204 （这个是刚刚买的独立IP）

DNS：Nameserver(s):

ns25.domaincontrol.com
ns26.domaincontrol.com
A Record:
173.201.244.204(Your site is Live)
从以上看，新的IP已经生效了，现在可以登录FTP了，但是网站还是不能访问！
这是为什么啊？

以上PING的效果是不是已经生效了啊，FTP可以了，网站为什么还不能访问啊（HTTP 404）
