Thank you for contacting Online Support. After reviewing your account, it appears that you nee dup update your nameservers. I have prvoided the instructions for updating your nameservers below:
To Set Nameservers for a Domain Name Registered With Us
If your domain name is registered with us, use the following instructions to update its nameservers depending how the domain name will be hosted or used.
NOTE: You can set nameservers for your domain name on the Product Dashboard, or in the Domain Manager. To set nameservers on the Dashboard, log in to your Account Manager, and select the Domains tab. Click the desired domain name, and then, from (Nameservers), select Set Nameservers.
Log in to your Account Manager.
In the My Products section, select Domain Manager.
Select the domain name(s) you want to modify.
From (Nameservers), select Set Nameservers.
Select one of the following:
I want to park my domains — This choice parks your domain name on our parked servers. When someone opens your domain name from a Web browser, our default parking page displays.
I want to forward my domains — Use this choice if you want to forward this domain name to another URL. See Forwarding or Masking Your Domain Name for more information on forwarding domain names.
I have a hosting account with these domains — Use this choice when your domain name is hosted with us.
I have specific nameservers for my domains — This choice indicates that you are hosting your domain name with another company (enter the two or more nameservers your hosting provider gave you) or you have custom nameservers to be used with this domain name.
TIP: For .com, .net, and .edu domain names, see Custom Nameserver Restriction for .com, .net, and .edu Domain Names for information on using custom nameservers with these domain names.
NOTE: You must enter at least two nameservers.
(Optional) If the domain name's extension is .org (coolexample.org, for example), and the domain name is hosted by another hosting provider, you can enable DNSSEC for it. See About DNSSEC for information.
Click OK.
NOTE: To set .ca nameservers for .ca domain names, you must also enter an IP address. For example, if you set your .ca domain's nameserver to ns1.coolexample.com, you must also set the IP address. You can enter up to nine IP addresses per nameserver. For more information, see Setting Nameservers for .ca Domain Names.
After updating your nameservers, allow from 4 to 8 hours for other networks to access information for .com and .net domains, and from 24 to 48 hours for other networks to access information for all other domain extensions.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.
Sincerely,
Sabrina P.
