最近Level3的线路就是个杯具

问题是softlayer, the planet之类的还都走Level3的线路，杯具了

Bluehost,Hostmonster,Godaddy好像也是走Level3的线路的

he.net 下有什么服务商是做VPS的?

西雅图的好像很多走这线路的，包括一些洛杉矶的，然后波动的时候一起卡，包括IDCSPY都一样卡，有图片的身子打不开。
但是he.net的最近就没问题

level3还算得上是对亚洲比较友好的线路，问题应该出在出国的节点上，不知道在做什么手脚
