Unfortunately the hosting plan you purchased does not allow for Java support. I have instructions below for canceling the existing account, purchasing a correct one and either getting a refund for the canceled hosting or moving credit to your new hosting account. I apologize for any inconvenience.
You have two options in this situation, you can cancel the hosting account you purchased and get a refund so you can purchase a new hosting account or you can cancel it and we can credit move your purchase over to the hosting account you purchase below. Either way you will need to cancel the new hosting account.
To cancel a hosting account, please use the following instructions:
• Select Hosting under the My Products section
• Click the check box next to the account you need to cancel
• Click the Cancel Account button
• Click the green Save Changes button to confirm the cancellation
Note: Canceling your hosting account will delete any files that you have stored within that hosting account on the server. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before deleting your account. Also, if you are using the email address provided to you for free as part of your hosting package, it will also be removed and all messages previously contained with in that email account will be irretrievable. As such, canceling a hosting account is permanent and all information associated with the account is lost.

Now for your options:
1) We can provide a full refund for the hosting account you purchased and canceled
2) We can credit move your purchase and apply it to the account you purchased
When you have done all the above and decided what you would like to do, please email us back and let us know. If you choose option number 2, please also reply back with the 4 digit call in pin number.
