在这几天我的windows空间经常不能访问ACCESS数据库，每天都需要在“IIS Management” 里按一下“Recycle App Pool”才能正常访问。

求翻译这句话：
我的ACCESS数据库不是使用在主目录xxxxx.com域名下，例如其中一个网站下的ACCESS数据库目录是"/abc/abc.mdb"，而现在我的ACCESS数据库只要运行几小时就需要重新按下"Recycle App Pool"才能正常访问。

We understand you're experiencing issues accessing your Access database on a regular basis and we would be happy to assist you with your questions. However, we currently don't see an Access database setup within your XXXXX.com hosting plan. We do highly recommend you consider upgrading to either MySQL or MSSQL, but if you continue to experience issues, please recreate your database and see if you continue to experience issues afterward. If you do, please respond and state exactly how you're accessing the database along any error messages you receive for further review.

If you're unsure how to setup an Access database, the following can be reviewed for further clarification:

Our Windows Shared hosting accounts let you set up Access database support. Using the Hosting Control Panel, you can automatically create an "access_db" directory where you can upload your access database files.
