Thank you for contacting Online Support.  Please note, we cannot migrate hosting to a different region.  
You will need to cancel the hosting account you purchased and purchase a new AP Region hosting account.

Purchase for the minimum amount of time as we would be able to credit move your previous purchase to this hosting account. Once you cancel the current hosting account and then purchase and setup the new one, reply back and we can proceed with the credit move. The credit move will credit the new hosting account with any remaining months left on the account you canceled.





Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.



To Cancel Your Hosting Account:




Log in to your Account Manager.


Click Web Hosting.


Click Options next to the account you want to cancel.


Click Cancel this account.


Click Cancel Account.




NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.








After you purchase a hosting plan, you need to set it up before you can use it to host your website.



To Set up Your Hosting Account




Log in to your Account Manager.


Click Web Hosting.


Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.


Complete the following fields, and then click Finish:



Enter domain — Enter the domain name you want to use.


FTP user name — Use the automatically generated user name, or click Change, and then enter the FTP user name you want to use.


Password & Confirm password — Enter the password you want to use to access your hosting account with FTP.


(Optional) SSL credits — If you have SSL credits in the same account as the domain name you want to use, select the SSL credit you want to use with this hosting account.


You might receive a message that says Your domain needs a DNS update to display your website correctly. If so, choose between:



Update DNS Automatically to point your domain to your hosting immediately.


Manually Update DNS Later to update your DNS at a later date.












The estimated wait time for your hosting account to become accessible displays. Once your hosting account is ready to use, we send you an email message containing all of your basic account-management information.

我写了封邮件去GODADDY，这是他的回信，小弟E文不是很好，请教下大家，现在我该怎么办呢？  我直接去取消这服务器？ 还是怎样呢？

你是要退款还是要转时间啊
要退款就直接说你要退款。然后审核通过后钱打你账户
要将时间转到新主机就要新买个主机，联系客服给你转时间的

我主要是想 转到美国服务器上去，那联系客服转时间  我还需要取消主机吗？

要的
转时间要先将你原来的主机删除，然后买个新的主机
