【godaddy】主机申请退款问题

空间购买10几天，国内就被和谐了。打算申请退款算了。
头一次申请退款客服说明提交退款申请，需要7-10天。等7天后我们又发了封邮件询问。来了封以下：
Thank you for contacting Online Support about getting a refund. You have already been given the refund for the refund request we submitted on the previous incident.

When we issue a refund to a credit card provider, the company receiving the funds either 1) applies the refund to their customer's account 2) holds the refund until requested by their customer for a resolution as to how the funds should be handled (as in the case of closed accounts) or 3) rejects the refund to return it back to us.

As we have already paid the other company for this refund, you must contact them to see how they have handled the refund we submitted to them.  They will either assist you in providing you with a solution from their company (such as a credit or check) if they are holding the funds, or they will provide you with a transaction number we can use to trace the funds if they rejected the refund intended for your account.

If you need us to issue a check for rejected funds, please provide us with this transaction number, so we may locate and verify the refund to assist you with a check disbursement.  We will also need the following information to issue a check:

Full Mailing Address for this party:
Phone Number:
Contact Person at phone number (if different than Payable name):

Godaddy已经退款给信用卡公司了，然后现在是他们没有打的你的账户上。你要联系他们。如果你需要Godaddy检查退款情况，提供你的交易号

这里是什么交易号呢？在哪里查询的到，godaddy退款了也并没有发邮件通知呀

进入你账户中，点击Payments里面找找
如果没有退款的订单，你就要联系Godaddy了
