求godaddy购买ssl，清空购物车没哟收到产品解决办法

我在godaddy买了ssl，支付宝付款，我账号里边没有显示，在我后台怎么也找不到，然后也没有注意godaddy购物车，我把购物车ssl的删除了，我申请退款，godaddy给我回复这样

It appears the process could not complete because the shopping cart had been changed or updated. You will need to contact Alipay for more information with the refund. 需要你联系支付宝问问，如果godaddy收到退款会退款给你的

你买完东西之后不要动购物车里的东西。因为你动了购物车导致这次购物失败。
你刚买的东西，然后支付宝里的钱还没有打给Godaddy。你等等呗。Godaddy收到后会退给你的

你可以写一封有你订单号的。也可以不写

godaddy后天查不到我的订单了，支付宝的信息在我第一次发邮件时已经写上了，这样可以吗，感谢上楼的关注
