I understand that you have canceled the hosting account for a refund.
Your refund request has been submitted. If approved, it can take up to 7 days for a refund request to process after a refund receipt appears in the order history of your account. Once fully processed the refunded amount will show on the payment method used on the original purchase receipt. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Once the credit receipt appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
To Access Your Order History
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the My Account menu, click Order History.
On the Order History page, you can do the following:
To view a receipt, click the receipt number.
To print a receipt, click Printable Version at the top of the receipt.
To search your receipts by product, select the product from the By Product Type list and click Go.
To search your receipts by domain name, enter the domain in the By Domain Name field and then click Go.
