It has not yet been 7 business days since the refund was submitted for Receipt # 385650791, which was processed on December 24, 2011. Business days do not include weekends. Most companies will post refunds within 5 to 7 business days, but we cannot open an investigation of the refund not being applied by your method of payment to your account with them until that time frame has passed. Please allow additional time for them to process your refund. If after 7 business days you still do not have your refund, please take a screen shot of your Alipay transactions to verify the funds were not applied to your account and respond to this email with the image file attached. We will then be happy to research this issue for you.

从2011.12.24算起，还没有7个工作日，周末和法定节假日是不算工作日的。而大部分公司都是7个工作日算的。所以他们不能跟你选择的支付方式核查。等到七个工作日之后，你还没有收到退款，就截图给他们。他们来处理
