gd误删除SSL独立ip的问题

我最近购买win主机后发现ip被墙, 于是又买了一个ssl 主要是考虑到ssl带的独立ip好用至于ssl根本不打算用
后来发现win主机相当不好用 便切换了linux主机 (不是4H的那种)
由于切换主机的时候需要删除独立ip 就是ssl带的那个 不然没办法切换, 当时也没考虑那么多 就删除了
今天linux主机换好了 发现ssl带的那个独立ip居然没了, 着急啊 各位大大 该怎么办啊

给godaddy客户发邮件了 他们回复的 很快 告诉我需要re-key 我查了一下资料 发现需要ssh重新生成CSR

1、Log in to your Account Manager.

2、In the My Products  section, select SSL Certificates.

3、Next to the certificate you want to manage, click Manage Certificate.

4、From the Filters list, click Certificates and then click the common name for the certificate you want to re-key.

5、Copy the certificate details shown on the screen and use that exact data when creating a new CSR. Exact
capitalization, punctuation and spacing are required. For Standard (Medium Assurance) certificates the CSR details for City, State and Country are not critical.

6、Generate a new CSR. If you need help, use our CSR Generation Instructions.

7、After the new CSR is generated, return to the Secure Certificate Manager. From the screen where you copied your certificate details, click Re-Key.

8、Paste your server-generated CSR in the CSR field and click Re-Key.

9、Specify your server type and click the link to download the re-keyed certificate.

10、If you need a copy of the intermediate certificate, click Repository in the upper-right corner.

11、Install the re-keyed certificate on your Web server. If you need help, see the SSL Installation Instructions

上面那一大段话就是godady客服的回复
我ssh 链接上去我的服务器以后 openssl 居然提示我没有这个命令 ......
目前进行到第五布 进行不下去了 怎么办啊

godaddy删除了SSL，就没有独立IP了

第五步是让你复制你的csr文件，你生成了csr文件了嘛

没有删除ssl ssl还在
就是没有办法生成csr文件,这一步进行不下去了...

我用PUTTY.EXE链接到godaddy的ssl上的时候
输入openssl 提示我没有这个命令 什么情况?

难道按照他官网的做法 还是不行吗

他的官网要我这样做
openssl req -new -newkey rsa:2048 -nodes -keyout yourdomain.key -out yourdomain.csr
但是我这样做 根本不行啊

openssl根本没这个命令
