Our support staff has important information regarding your account, details of which are described below:
Discussion Notes
Support Staff Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
Regarding your hosting account kuxun.info:
The kuxun.infohosting account has been suspended for violating Section 3 "Your Obligations" of the Go Daddy's “Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement.”
The relevant passages of this agreement have been provided below:
"Go Daddy prohibits the use of software or scripts run on its servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by Go Daddy. You agree Go Daddy reserves the right to remove Your web site temporarily or permanently from its servers if Go Daddy is the recipient of activities that threaten the stability of its network."
"You shall not use the Service in any way, in Go Daddy's sole discretion, that shall impair the functioning or operation of Go Daddy's Services or equipment."
Go Daddy's "Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement" is located at the following URL: https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?pageid=HOSTING_SA
The administrators of Go Daddy’s Hosting Operations Center discovered that your kuxun.infohosting account caused an overload of shared resources for the server that it resides on (CPU usage) and currently has an improperly configured directory structure. More specifically, the following directories have exceed the maximum 1,024 file/folder count:
1658 /img.tieyi.org/u/200902/21
1165 /img.tieyi.org/u/200902/22
1193 /img.tieyi.org/u/200902/23
110401 /rares.cn/newblog/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mobile-pack/plugins/wpmp_transcoder/c
The amount of files/folders in the above locations are affecting our hosting administrator's ability to efficiently back up your site, and is adversely impacting the performance of global maintenance operations for the shared server. Exceeding the 1,024 file/folder limit can also cause file system latency which reduces the responsiveness of all files contained on this shared server. This affects not only your web site(s) but all other customer web sites utilizing this service.
We understand that this misconfiguration was not intentional, as such we respectfully request that you reduce the file/folder count within the above directories to less than 1,024 total files & folders combined and address the CPU over-utilization issues on this account.

After detecting this problem Go Daddy's hosting administrators requested that Go Daddy's Advanced Hosting Support team notify you of this action and request that you resolve these issues. As the issue has persisted and even increased since our last notification, it became necessary to suspend your services.
Unfortunately, we are unable to troubleshoot custom scripting, and therefore, unable to provide a specific solution to you. However the following files were the most frequently accessed files on your site, and should be the starting point for further troubleshooting on your end.

119 "GET bbs.kuxun.biz/ajax.php?action=updatesecqaa&inajax=1 HTTP/1.1"
118 "GET bbs.kuxun.biz/seccode.php?update=1 HTTP/1.1"

89 "GET www.tieyi.org/bbs/ajax.php?action=updateseccode&inajax=1 HTTP/1.1"
Keep in mind, the above files may not be the root cause of this issue, as the owner of this site it is incumbent upon you to determine what is wrong and how to best resolve this situation. However, our hosting administrators have also supplied information which points to your account spawning PHP processes which are taking greater than 4 seconds to complete, which is well above the roughly 1 second, or less, it should take for properly optimized coding.
Additionally, it is recommended that you strongly consider moving to a more suitable hosting plan such as 4GH (grid-powered web hosting) or a dedicated server as part of your plan to address this issue.
More information regarding these hosting alternatives can be found on our website:
4GH Hosting:

Dedicated Servers:

4. A statement that you agree to configure your account in such a way as to ensure that there is not a re-occurrence of these issues in the future.
After we receive your reply with these statements we will contact Go Daddy’s hosting administrators, provide them with your solution, and request that they re-investigate the issue.
