如果真是因为国家屏蔽大量的ip,那不退款也没法说，全世界都访问，只有中国不能，说主机有问题，换谁，谁也不承认吧，毕竟主机没问题，还是申请个独立ip吧，共享的太容易封，一群人用一个ip，不定谁都放些不应该放的东东，我开通godaddy的时候，ip都是被封的，当时也很激动，现在想想，也没办法，林子大了，什么鸟都有。
