最近看到很多网友反映狗爹的主机很差,前面由于买了亚太地区的主机,问客服可不可以切换美国主机,如果不能直接切换,有没有其他方式解决,结果回复同意以购买新的最短期的方案切换,看大家反映的情况,有点犹豫。

Thank you for contacting Online Support. If you want to move to a U.S. hosting account you will have to cancel the current hosting account, allow up to 24 hours for the domain name to disassociate from the account, and then purchase and setup a U.S. hosting account. Also, if you purchase the minimum required amount of time on the new hosting account and then reply to this message after taking these actions we will be able to apply the unused time from the canceled hosting account to the new hosting account.
Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
Click the domain name you want to use.
Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.
Click Cancel Account.
You can purchase U.S. hosting accounts here.
To Set up Your Hosting Account
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
Complete the following fields, and then click Finish:
Enter domain — Enter the domain name you want to use.
FTP user name — Use the automatically generated user name, or click Change, and then enter the FTP user name you want to use.
Password & Confirm password — Enter the password you want to use to access your hosting account with FTP and to log in to the Hosting Control Center directly.
(Optional) SSL credits — If you have SSL credits in the same account as the domain name you want to use, select the SSL credit you want to use with this hosting account.
The estimated wait time for your hosting account to become accessible displays. Once your hosting account is ready to use, we send you an email message containing all of your basic account-management information.

This is my first time to buy your Web Hosting,I am unfamiliar with your product,and
purchase the "Hosting - Web - Deluxe - Linux - AP Region - 3 years" by mistake. I was expecting to purchase the web hosting in US,because the connection speed of web hosting in
AP Regin is too slow in China.
Now,I wonder if you can help to shift Web hosting in AP Region I have purchased to US Region.if can not do in this way,Is there any other way to solve my troubles?eg.I purchase the minimum amount and setup a new hosting plan(eg.one monthly Deluxe Web hosting in us),I wonder if you could submit a credit move with the canceled hosting(at present,I do not cancel the web hosting,wait until your reply,I will make further action)credit to solve my troubles. To my knowledge, you often dealed with such matter in this way.
