但客服这个回信说得不太明白,不知道他们是否开始给我换了。需不需要补费或退费也没说清楚。
我感觉LP的客服挺不错的,一般处理问题都比较及时,但这次过了两天还没动静,他们是不是还在等我发帐户资料给他们?但我前面都发过资料了。我把从开始到现在的信全贴上来,请版主帮忙看下,我应该怎么办?是等?还是询问下他们?还是再发一次资料给他?

Hello.
Thank you for your response and some information about.
Maybe I should tell you the answer why I need to transfer to a Linux hosting
plan.
Because the Windows isn't supported the Zend Optimizer and URL static state.
If you can't to keep the same dedicated IP after transfer, I would like to
know whether pay any expense or not in the process. If need, please make a
list for me for viewing. I would like to know that how long about the
process.

Hello,
The cost of the dedicated IP would remain the same on the linux plan, however, a new dedicated IP would need to be assigned to the account once it has been migrated to the linux server.
Your account would likely have the shared IP assigned for a few days (depending on availability of a dedicated IP on the linux server) until a new IP can be provisioned and assigned to your account.
We can proceed as soon as we have the full verification of your account details.
