Internal Server Error

godaddy 150G方案，LINUX系统，装dedecms，后台增加分类的时候显示：Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your

request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and

anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
而且访问速度非常慢……

请问是怎么回事？以前好像不是这样。
