[提问] godaddy 独立主机 难道不可以退款吗?

我购买的独立主机是:Dedicated Hosting Economy Linux ,http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/dedicated-servers.aspx?ci=9014
听说30天内是可以退款的,我购买了12天先咨询申请退款得到如下回复,
godaddy答复不退款难道是因为我没提前在后台删除主机造成的?http://bbs.idcspy.com/thread-36612-1-1.html

Thank you for contacting Online Support.  Unfortunately we will be unable to complete the requested refund as this service is non-refundable as it was not canceled within 5 days of purchase. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You may contact our Billing Department for any other questions regarding this request. Please call them at 480-505-8855. Our billing representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

To cancel a service from within your account

• Select 'Payments and Renewing Items' from the 'My Renewals & Upgrades' menu.
• Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Item' button.
• Select 'Cancel Now' or 'Cancel at Expiration Date' in the menu that appears to the right.
• Click on 'Save Changes'.

*Canceling now will immediately remove the service from your account. If you choose to “Cancel at Expiration Date” the service will remain active until the date specified and will not be renewed.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
