二级域名访问500 Internal Server Error

请教一下，添加了一个二级域名，并指定到了跟目录的指定目录下，例如bbs.xxx.com，并指定到跟目录的bbs文件夹，可是使用bbs.xxx.com访问时却出现了如下错误
500
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

子目录是否设置读写权限了，检查下你的错误日志查看具体的信息
