信的意思好像是让你等24小时，期间不要改变任何东西，可以去翻译版块问问

意思是说准备把你的空间转到另外的服务器.要你重新做好A记录

就是要把你的空间挪到其他地方，需要你重新指一下域名指向，期间不要做一些换主机什么的事情，控制面板也可能24小时上不去
具体为什么给你挪地方没说
