紧急求助，数据转移后部份数据丢失怎么办？

一个帐户下面，由于其它的一个子站流量太大，被GODADDY中止屏蔽了这个文件夹下面的数据，并且把整个大帐户下面的数据转移到一个新的IP下面了，但转移后现在有一半的数据，其它的文件夹下面的数据没有，都只有文件夹，怎么办，现在几个站的数据不见了
现在写信给他们，他们就说已经全部转移了，我晕死，紧急求助呀，几个客户的网站数据都不见了，各位兄弟帮帮我呀

我发信到GODADDY，下面是他们回的三个信息：

We understand you are missing content after the recent migration of this hosting account. We have restored all content from 2/23/2011 to the /restore directory within this hosting account. We ask that you review this content and if you find that you are still missing content that you reply to this email noting the content that is missing and the date that this content existed on our servers. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter.

Regarding hosting account hopeedu.net, I understand that you have been missing content since we migrated your content to an isolated server due to a network violation. I have confirmed that we have successfully migrated all of your content over by ensuring the directories you included in your response were on your hosting account. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you.

Please review your content and contact us if you have any further issues

1.那请问，里面至少有几万个文件不见了，并且路径都不一样，我已经列出了大文件夹，并且是很明显的，有几百个文件夹全是空的，没有任何文件
2.他说的什么文件的什么日期的呀，不是很懂。
