我的空间是1月18号到期，独立IP是2月22号到期，我昨天申请的退款，空间是月付的，独立IP是买的两个月的，都是用支付宝，客服刚给我回一封信，我不太明白，请斑竹帮我看看是什么意思，谢谢了，下面是信。

Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Regarding your hosting account, unfortunately, I would be unable to request a refund, as it is outside of the time frame for eligibility for a refund.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
