我12月20号买的空间,是PHP的,但是现在还没开通

当时买来IP就不能用,所以我转换了一下,可是今天26号了,还是不能用.账户一直是Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change /发了邮件给客服,没有用,可能他们圣诞放假吗?
我现在怎么办?烦呀.20号买的
