12月16号新买的WIN主机，已经24个小时以上了，FTP工具能访问空间了，但是通过域名和IP访问时提示上面信息，请问这正常吗？

Framework版本不对吧. 你需要的是4.0,   但是你主机是2.0的
把你的主机切换到windows  grid hosting , 选择asp.net 4.0 试试
