Godaddy主机IP被强后申请退款能否退全款？

我两个月前在 Godaddy买了一个虚拟主机和一个域名，买了之后也没有在意，一直没有上去管理，这几天上去才发现上传不了东西，不能正常访问，

后来发现被国内强了，无奈至于跟GD客服交流，客服要我购买独立IP，我不干，我说我不买，就要换IP，如果不行就退款，客服给我回信如下：

We cannot change the IP address of your hosting plan on your behalf. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need to change your hosting IP address, you would need to purchase and apply a dedicated IP address. If you would like to cancel your hosting plan, we can issue a pro rated refund for your order. Once canceled, please reply to this email and we will submit your refund request.

Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.

To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
Click the domain name you want to use.
Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.
Click Cancel Account.
NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.

从我付款到现在有50来天了，不知道是否真的能够退款，如果能够退的话，是否能够退全款,上面发帖求助，确认一下。

没记错的话一般是30天内退全款，如果和域名一块买的就是要在5天内，否则扣下域名的款

超过30天的好像按照使用时间来退款吧


买godaddy主机的不要存在侥幸心理，ssl是必备的，除非你能忍受跑出去访问管理

如果不能够退全款，那还是购买ssl算了，一年就80元钱也不算贵
