Godaddy退款第二天，Paypal只退了1/7不到

大家好，申请了Godaddy一域名和一经济型主机，第二天发现Status状态都是setup，FTP和SSH其它功能都显示OK，问客服说一切都OK。都差不多48小时了，但是FTP和SSH其它功能都不能用，买的时候申请的是AP主机，一怒之下立即申请了退款。再时重新买了另一个域名和美国主机，不到半小时FTP,SSH其它一切功能都正常使用。亚太跟美国的主机差别实在太大，退款是明智之举。
申请第二天，收到Paypal的一笔退款，奇怪不是全额，立即写信去问。得到的答复跟刚申请时的一样，麻烦大家帮我看看，这样的情况能退全额吗？域名跟主机都是申请不到48小时就申请退款的，用的是Paypal支付。打算等个20天，不退就paypal直接开争议了。
收到的邮件如下：
Thank you for contacting Online Support. I do apologize as it appears we did not issue the full amount of the refund that was due from your canceled products. I have requested that a refund be applied to your account for the difference. As some of our services are non-refundable, the request must be reviewed and approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.

Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

1.一些产品不能退款。2.财务审核48小时。3.5-7日能收到退款。
我是11月26号申请的域名和主机，27号就申请退款并重新买了新主机，同时27号收到了一笔$5.11美元的退款。他们把主机和域名从我的帐户中删除了，但域名查了一下，还没重新开放出来供人注册，可能还没完成流程吧。

看来只好等了，5天内申请退应该能退全额吧，第二次申请才发现godaddy的主机不好用，现在只好又退了，真折腾
