[提问] 以前绑过的域名,现在绑不上了

以前绑过的域名,现在绑不上了,也不知道以前在哪个帐号绑过
发过一封邮件,回信说是
让域名注册人用域名whoise邮箱发
我又用域史注册人的whoise邮箱发了封,要求解绑,结果没给解绑,给我回了这么一封信,也看不懂

Thank you for contacting Online Support.
We do not remove any item on the behalf of a customer. If you own this hosting account you may do so by the following method:
Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
Click the domain name you want to use.
Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.
Click Cancel Account.
NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.
If you have lost your account information the below steps will walk you through the retrieval:
To log in to your account, you need your customer number and password. If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account. You access the system by clicking the "Forgot your password?" hyperlink on the manager login screen.
From the Account Retrieval System, you can use the following options to assist you in logging in to your account:
Retrieve Customer Number - Sends your customer number to the email address associated with the account.
Retrieve Password Hint - Displays your password hint.
Reset Password - Sends an authorization code to the email address associated with the account.

To Recover Your Customer Number
Go to our login page.
Beneath the login field, click Forgot Your Password?
Select Retrieve Customer Number.
In the right panel, from the My list, select a product you purchased.
In the Is field, enter the corresponding information for the product you selected.
In the Enter the security access... field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.
If your email address is correct, click Continue.
NOTE:The name on the email address is masked with **** for security purposes. The number of * corresponds to the number of characters in the name of the email address. For example, john@coolexample.com is ****@coolexample.com, while jennifer@coolexample.com is ********@coolexample.com.
To Retrieve Your Password Hint
Go to our login page.
Beneath the login field, click Forgot Your Password?
Select Retrieve Password Hint.
In the right panel, in the Customer Number field, enter your customer number.
In the Street Address field, enter the street address associated with your account.
In the Enter the security access... field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.
Your password hint displays above the password field.
To Reset Your Password
Go to our login page.
Beneath the login field, click Forgot Your Password?
Select Reset Password.
In the right panel, in the Customer Number field, enter your customer number.
In the Email Address on Account field, enter the email address associated with the account.
In the Enter the security access... field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.
We send an authorization code for resetting your password to the email address associated with your account. To continue, follow the instructions in the email message.
NOTE: The authorization code is only valid for 2 hours from the time it was sent. If the authorization code expires, or if you use it and the reset fails, you can obtain a new code to attempt to reset your password again.

你把域名的dns换成你现在这个空间上的dns再绑定 就可以了

如果是添加域名提示“Domain name is used. Please select a new domain name.


可以参考以下方法:

可以联系客服说:
There's an error  "Domain name is used. Please select a new domain name."  when I add domain "xx.com " to my hosting . I don't  know  who added my domain . please check  and resolve  this problem .  Thanks
(xx.com替换为你的域名)
另外用域名的whois邮箱给GoDaddy发个邮件说Please remove the domain “xx.com ” from your hosting network .
