请帮忙翻译

昨天晚上我的站开始出现503错误，如：Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/1.3.39 Server at yahoo-y.com Port 80

2-3个小时后的情况是这样的：打开主页和后台仍然有时出现以上错误，不过刷新一下会又正常了，操作一会又错误，再刷新又会正常。我想服务器维护也不能是这种样子的吧，请教一下各位版主是哪里出了问题，如果不行的话请帮我写个英文的信，我发去LP问问。

补充一下，其实说正常的时候也不是完全正常，比如幻灯图片新闻功能就不显示，图要点显示图象才能看到等~

Hello, My hosting can not work well. I always meet this problem every 2 or 3 hours. But It can run well after i refresh it. The problem shows below:

Hi guys, my site sucks n always experienced some foolish problems like the following screenshot, but it works fucking fine after refreshing, how can be the silly gurus happened again n again, f d it ! See affix for the silly screenshot:
